Late last week, I came to the point where I realized that I really don't know what's the best way to pray regarding our nation. The games being played by both factions of the "deep state" threaten to destroy our once great Republic and the final bastion of true liberty through the debasement of our de jure constitutional form of government, and it almost be taken from us. The events of these past several months alone show how close we are to the precipice of utter destruction and ruination, and that deservedly so.

Cutting the Ties that Bind
After many months of consideration and internal debate, I have deleted most of my personal social media accounts. There are several reasons for this, the primary of which is that I find that they are not conducive to my overall spiritual and mental health.

For reasons that I won't publicly disclose, I parted ways with a community theater at which I was a regular volunteer late last year. After a relatively short period of time, the management was asking me to come back although for me, it was too soon. Eventually I was willing but it took me a while for me to get over the pain of the betrayal and insult that prompted my departure. I decided to take the risk and allow them to re-earn my trust. Given how things have progressed of late, I guess that I did come back too soon.
Star Trek: The Original Series
Episode Production Order
Did you know that the broadcast order of Star Trek: The Original Series is not the order in which they were produced? Gene Roddenberry was an adept of certain mystery schools of religion and intentionally encoded various of the doctrines thereof in his storytelling through this series. He did so effectively and at times so blatantly, the executives of the studio chose to air them in a different order so as to obscure his intent—Season 2, Episodes 1-4, are a real eye opener!
If you're as much of a fan of this series as am I and you haven't done so yet, why don't you do a rewatch in the original production order? To my knowledge, no service provider has ever made the episodes available in the production order, so to enable you, my dear reader, to do so more easily and readily, here is the list. It's a little bit of work to keep track of one's progress but the reward is well worth it. Enjoy!

Haiti Medical Relief Mission 2011
Just a little over a year ago, the nation of Haiti suffered a severely devastating earthquake leaving nearly 100,000 people dead and over 1.5 million homeless. In addition to to the immediate loss of life and physical damage, many more are still suffering from diseases such as Cholera in the wake of the corpses still trapped in the rubble, a lack of safe, clean water and generally poor sanitation.

How do these things get started? Here are some online definitions of "personal" [edited for brevity; Merriam-Webster may be able to help….] So from where did the term "personal savior" come? Don't really care, don't want to research it, just want to eradicate it. "Accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior" Really? It waters the slippery slope into isolated faith, a dumbed-down Jesus who is at our beck and call to serve us…after all, He is allegedly our personal savior… End of mini-rant. Comments/observations more-than-welcome…
